Two elements of special low dispersion glass and another of extraordinary partial dispersion glass virtually eliminate chromatic aberrations. Superb image rendition, with fantastic contrast and minimal color separation at all distances from extreme close-ups to infinity. Inner focusing for better handling and performance, incorporating the Olympus close focusing aberration correction mechanism. Extra close three-meter minimum focus allows maximum subject magnifications of 1/7 life-size. Multicoating on all lens surfaces to minimize flair.

The tele converter 1.4X-A is especially suitable for use with this lens and gives it a 500mm F4 capability.

Olympus OM 350mm 2.8 Lens 101016. An exotic Olympus telephoto
lens. Most are gray finish, but the very early production A very small
quantity had black finish on the lens barrel. Comes complete with zip
leather front cap + standard back cap + matching trunk
Look at the serial number could this be number 16 off the production
line. A rare black one.
