A grip type power source for the Motor Drive 1 or 2, the M.18v Control Grip 2 utilizes 12 AA batteries contained in them.18v battery holder1.

On the grip selection are a trigger type shutter release and a mode selector.

To prevent accidental shooting , a shutter release Lock Lever is provided.
