This camera is a product from 1987 but it can be compared to Olympus Miju and Minolta TC. Which where from a later period. It is not as compact as the other ones but has the same quality. The Chinon Auto 3001 is a unique camera featuring an infrared triple-beam autofocus system, solid built and incredible fast lens. It is a rectangular camera with dimensions 132x71x47mm and a weight of 350 gram. and uses 2CR% batteries. A built-in flash unit and self-timer button. 2 less ordinary controls are the flash override button and Spot AF button on the back.
