it does not fire properly

Film back looks fine.
Lens barrel very clean
Focusing is smooth
Aperture blades very clean
Glass bright and clear with just the faintest touch of haze
Filters look unopended in there original boxes
Instruction book complete in excellent order, as is all the other bits
of paper work.
