The Minolta -35 Model IIB was introduced 1958 with the serial number from then engraved under the company name at the top plate. The notable new features are the lever wind-on with the frame counter in its hub, and the rewind release lever moved away from it and its much smaller. This camera retained the same Minolta’s substandard 24x34mm format, with wider spaces between frames to yield the same number of frames as declared by the packaging. The standard lens on this model is the black finished Super Rokkor 50mm f/1.8 lens. Only produced for 1 year.

Minolta-35 11B was the last model. Updating it with viewfinder magnification
increased to 0.8x.
Having a more modern styling, also giving their top of the range 5cm f/1.8 a more contemporary appearance.
