Minox C subminiture camera 9x11mm size neg . parallax converter not working

The Minox C is a subminiature camera for 8x11mm film. It was the successor of the model B. For many years Minox subminiature cameras where amongst the world famous spy gadgets , right until the end of the cold-war in the early 1990s . The Minox C was in production from 1969 to 1978. After which it was succeeded by the smaller Minox LX.
At first sight the Minox C is similar in design to the Minox B , there are however a few significant differences , the selenium type meter of the model B has been replaced by an Cadminium Sulfide meter. CDs which is present at the front right of the camera. Furthermore the camera has an electronic shutter, rather than a mechanical one. For both these features the camera requires a batterie which is installed in a compartment to right of the light sensor. As a result the camera is larger than the model B. When closed the camera measures 120x27x15mm. The model C is the largest subminiature camera produced by Minox. The Minox C has a fixed aperture of f/3.5 and can focus from 20cm to infinity . Between 1969 and 1978 a total of 174.000 where produced.
