The Nikon S2 was the follow up on the model S .Some of the many advantages where Rapid wind  and rewind levers, a 1;1 life size viewfinder that allowed two-eye focusing , with a bright line for the 50mm lens and a improved rangefinder spot, a single back lock instead of the two. An improved shutter now with atop speed of 1/1000sec instead of the 1/5000sec, and a lighter body weight , a single PC socket for all flash with an adjustable synchro dial under the rewind  lever and  a stud just forward of the accessory shoe that allowed for cordless contact with special Nikon flash unit. 24x36mm standard format.

In this sale is a Nikon S2 in box with a  Nikkor-S .C 5cm F1.4 lens in clean condition. It comes in a makers box . with EV case. A nice and clean set in good working order. The back element has some marks , see pictures.
