The Nikkor O 2.1cm F4 was claimed to be the widest 2.1cm lens to be on the market at this period (1967). It was a exceptional lens at this time with a retrofocus design. This ment that when the lens is used an a SLR this requires a mirror lock-up and the finder on top of the camera. So the camera became a type of finder camera.
