We are sure your Record data back 3 will become a valuable component in your OM system . This unit replaces the standard camera back to automatically record the date ( coded ‘year, month, day”) or time ( “day, hour, minute”) as desired on the film  simultaneously with the shutter release. Once the date is correctly set, it keeps the time up to the year 2009, automatically correcting for leap years as well as the number of days in a month, by means of a built-in LSI circuit. The record data back 3 is specially designed for use with the OM-2n, OM-1n and OM-1. Your data will be imprinted in the lower rigt hand section of your image. ( camera held in horizontal position).

External indication of data : Data display on liquid crystal panel for Approx. 5 years.

Automatic calendar system and accuracy : Year indication from 70 to 09 in link system. Accuracy within 15 seconds per month at 15°to35° C.

Film speed range : Color ASA 25-400. B&W ASA 80 or above.

Display control : 4-Pushbutton operation.

Camera synch : via direct contact pin ( OM-2n and OM-1n) or detachable Record Data Cord ( with OM-2 and OM-1).
