This is the short zoom lens for the old Olympus Pen-FT system. Manufactured from June 1963 until December 1971, there were about 40.000 pieces made. This lens was made in F and FT models. Composed of 10 elements in 8 groups it is simply designated Olympus Zuiko Auto-zoom  on the front ring. With an angle of 19˚ to 34 ˚ it is the equivalent of a 70-130mm on a full frame 35mm camera. Its considered the workhorse of the Olympus Pen F system , a collection is not complete without this lens ( available in 2 variations)
