The 7-14 mm is a lens with high imaging capability, designed exclusively for use with Olympus Four Thirds single lens reflex digital E series camera’s. Can be used on the micro with special adapter. The ultra-wide-angle zoom lens is equivalent to a 14-28mm zoom lens on a 35mm camera. The lens is dust proof and close focusing is possible of subjects as close at 10cm from the tip of the lens hood. The zoom lens has 18 elements in 12 groups including 5 Aspherical glass elements, Super ED and ED elements. This lens can be used with the optional EC-14 teleconverter, but the optional EX-25 extension tube can not be used. This lens is also known as the kristal kügeln.
