The Schneider- Kreuznach optical firm has always been closely associated with Exakta, right up to the present day with medium format cameras bearing the Exakta name. Schneider optics have been widely available and used on virtually every Exakta model. In 35mm Exakta mount Schneider produced fine lenses in focal lengths from 28mm to 360mm and some noteworthy zoom lenses as well.
