Topcon Super DM Black with R.E.Auto-Topcor 5.8cm F1.8 lens. In prime condition.

The Topcon Super DM was introduced in 1973 and was the successor of the Super D. This was the pro-camera of Topcon. The focal plane shutter has speeds from 1s to 1/1000sec.It was equipped with the Exacta bayonet mount and excepted a wide range of lenses. The focusing screens are interchangeable to accommodate these lenses, interchangeable prism housing made the camera complete, the side window was able to show the diaphragm setting of the lenses . The flash sync is 1/60 of a second. The camera features a metering system using a CdS photocell and uses a 1.35 volt batterie. The meter has a range from25 to 1600ASA. On this model it is possible to use a motor drive from Topcon.  The most common lens on this model is the R.E.Auto Topcor 5.8cm F1.8. It is very difficult to find a black camera in this condition.
