The Yashica A was a basic model, both cosmetically and spec wise similar to the late versions of the Yashicaflex A1. First put on the market in 1954, it stayed on the market until 1960 with different changes.
The Taking and viewing lens is a Yashimar 80mm f/3.5 in a Copal rim-set shutter with speeds from 1/300 /, 1/100 sec , 1/50 sec , 1/25sec , and B. Rewind and wind-on knob is arranged at the right side of the camera. The flash sync is possible on al shutter speeds. It takes 120 film and has a picture size of 6x6cm.
